Vecast Inc. was incorporated in Delaware state in April 2003. founded by IDN Telecom, Inc., Vecast embraces a vision to be the engine for digital TV business in China. Since its inception, Vecast has actively engaged in design, development, and manufacture of Digital TV ("DTV") related products and operation services. With the birth of Zhongdiantong (Beijing) Digital Television Development Co. Ltd. ("ZDT"), a Vecast's wholly owned subsidiary in China, Vecast primary business strategies and activities are fully at work to revolutionize the digital TV business in China.
